6 months overstay?..

hey there!..i am iran nationality I've been here in pattaya for 1 year.then,due to lack of money to extend my visa i overstayed 6 months.at the moment i hiding to immigration but still worried,what should gonna do?..how much do i need to pay for 6 months overstayed?..my friend told me that i have a tendency to deport and will not be able to comeback again in thailand...actually, my brother is coming this week and he will pay for my overstay..after i pay for my overstay it is possible to extend again for at least 3 months?..any comments will be appreciated?and good advice please.

Hello Ahmed,The overstay is 500 per day,the maximum of 20,000 if you  are overstay for more than 1 month, you have to be careful because once the immigration knows that you hiding and overstay they would catch you and they will put you in jail and they would deport you. but before they deport you,you still have to provide 20,000 for overstay and 1 way ticket to go back to Iraq and you will not be able to come back here anymore...For more Information I suggest you to visit the Visa2Britain office they could give you an accurate advice..183 Moo 10, Beach Road, Between soi 13 -13/behind the right spot Bar and 7(Eleven), pattaya city chonburi,

...thank you so much lovefool. I've been in visa2Britain  last few days.and they give me a good advice. and as well they
helped me to solve my overstay problem.beside,they allow me again to stay another  1 month..i cant believe but its real.now i feel safe and no need to hide...keep up the good work!

hey!.lovefool i have another question.do you think easy to put a business here even i'm holding a tourist visa?,
because me and my brother planning to set up a small business ,..can you please  give me the best advice what do i need to do?..actually,my brother has a restaurant in Iran.and has plan to sell and move here to set up a small restaurant.

You need to apply for a change of visa status, for a Non-Immigrant Visa "business visa" Category “B”,at the Royal Thai Embassies or Royal Thai Consulates-General.You are therefore recommended to consult with the Immigration Office and the Department of Employment accordingly.

In order to work or setting up a business in Thailand, there are 2 important elements:
(1) Non-Immigrant “B” Visa and (2) Work Permit.


or if you are not busy just visit visa2britain office located at pattaya beach road
soi.13-13/1.behind right spot bar..surely,you can find more information and good advice about your business plan.
