The Borders, Citizenship and Immigration Act 2009 received Royal Assent on 21 July 2009. The text of the Act and explanatory notes can be viewed on the Office of Public Sector Information (OPSI) website.
The final impact assessment of common travel area reform relates to a clause that did not form part of the Act.
