..two monhts overstay problem?

hi,to all members.

actually, this is my firts time on this forum and i would like to ask about my overstay problem,this is my situation
for some reason my employer terminate my work permit.,since my employer told me i have to report to immigration every 3 months..then,when i come to immigration jomtien.officer  told me that i have to pay for my 2 months overstay.but i dont know the reason why?that time i never pay any single cent.,after that a few days ago,i report to my employer and ask them why should i pay for overstay knowing that my working permit are not yet expired at that time.?

if ever i pay for my overstay,how much is the cost for 2 months?..

Hello Mr Hansen, when were your employer terminate your work permit?why you overstay for 2 months?

last july,..for some reason my employer cancelled my work permit,..sorry if i'm not telling you the specific reason why i am terminated.

anyway,any good advice from you lovefool,..and please dont answer my question with another question.because until now i'm waiting with the answer with my problem...excuse me again if i repeat my question.

how much should i have to pay for my 2 monhts overstay?..

Hansen the reason why you overstay for 2 months because when were your boss  cancel  your work permit your immigrant B visa is automatically cancelled also, you have to pay 20,000 baht for 2 months overstay....Hansen I advice you to go to immigration as soon as possible to pay the overstay in apply for extension
before everything late. I think they will give you 7 days extension in then before your extension ran out you have to leave the country i suggest you to go to Laos to obtain a single or double entry visa...If you have more question don't hesitate to ask me and I'll be happy to give you  an accurate advice..
