how can i registered my business?

   i just came here for holiday and i found that this place is really good for business,then i decided to set up a small business here,...and my question is how can i register my business what should gonna do,what step should i follow before i set up my own business?....is there anybody from this forum can give a good advice?

i am currently staying at pattaya on my vacation.i entered thailand with a tourist visa and i was granted to stay a permission to stay for 60 days until end of the month.however,.i would like to stay longer for my business plan.what should i do?..

one of my friend told me that i need to get non b visa, after that we will process my working permit then,.we will registered my business.but i need more accurate  information?..that's why i joined on this forum to get more information.
